Sylvia Holmes has been a proud Austinite for over 16 years. Originally born in Houston, she moved with her family to Austin in the early 1990's.

After obtaining a Jurist Doctorate from The University of Alabama School of Law in 2003, Sylvia returned to her home state to begin supporting her community.
